All measurements/sizes given by the customer is their responsibility and NOURABAYA is not responsible for any inaccurate measurement provided by the customer
Alterations of Abayas/Dresses are offered to customers with certain fees star ting at 300SAR. Fees are determined by nourabaya, depending on the type of alteration requested by the custome r s
Alterations on Abayas/dresses shall be requested by the customer within 1 week af ter the shipment is received

RETURN/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

As products ar e made to order and customize d for every customer requi rements and given size s, return and exchange are not accepted.
In the case of receiving a damaged item which has occurred by a fault of production, customer s are entitled for a refund which is equivalent to the price of the item itself.
For any return request based on a fault of production , customers may conta ct NOURABAYA within 3 days after receiving the order at noor.ald@live.com or +00966541843017 with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine it and notify the customer v ia email, within 10 business days.
In case the complaint is justified a refund will be credit ed through a bank transfer.
Orders can not be canceled after a successful placement and payment
